Revolution Yoga 1 -
Foundation: A unique and exciting introduction to vinyasa style yoga intended to build strength,
breath capacity, balance, and spirit. Open to all ages and levels, from the office worker to the advanced yogi.
Our goal is to help you express and discover the strength, flexibility, and peace of mind within.
Revolution Yoga 2 -
Way of the Warrior: Expanding our practice to include new poses and techniques. Focus on strengthening
and conditioning positions including modified warrior poses, inversions, hand balances, and abdominal exercises.
This class works all aspects of our body building endurance as we learn to stabilize the bodies core muscles.
Revolution Yoga 3 - Revolution Fusion: This free-form yoga class is the full expression of the teacher and student
relationship. Teachers are invited to advance the skill
level of the class to its full capacity. Classes could include advanced balancing techniques, advanced binds and twists,
intensified core work, or powerful methods of yogic breathing.
Advanced - Ancient Techniques: This class will be taught in "series" with each 6-8 week series focusing on various and
ancient traditions of yoga. Classes will cover traditional asana sequences, advanced pranayamas, bandhas, and study of yogic
texts.
