Circus Training San Diego
If you are looking for a new experience where you’ll learn new skills or a super fun way to get fit that is way out of the ordinary, you’re in the right place. We have been offering classes and workshops in the Aerial Arts for over 10 years. We believe our instructors are some of the most talented and fun-loving people you’ll find, and we’ve worked hard at creating a safe and enjoyable environment where students of all skill levels learn and improve.
We created our Student Showcase Performance as a great way for novice and veteran performers to show off their aerial revolution skills to family and friends. AR Studio and Classes
Aerial Revolution Studio, located in beautiful San Diego California, inspires revolutionary workouts where you can sweat, explore your artistic side, find your inner grace, rhythm, balance, flexibility, and perform all in the same space! AR is a welcoming community, where the staff and students know one another and often form lasting friendships. Our safe and spacious studio environment comes complete with all the equipment you need to explore Circus Arts and Movement classes. All are welcome, and we offer classes for the first time beginner to the advanced professional. Our instructors are highly trained performers and athletes with years of experience in their specific specialty.

Our Founder
Jessica Flores is the founder of Aerial Revolution Entertainment and Studio. Growing up, Jessica was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader. She began her circus career in 2004 at the Triton Trouper’s Circus in Chicago, Illinois, where she performed as a Trampolinist, Spanish Web and Solo Swinging Trapeze Aerialist. Jessica dreamt of opening a multi-disciplinary training space that would provide the opportunity to train like an acrobat without any bias toward people who had no experience. The idea was so popular that it grew into a schedule of over 75 classes per week! Jessica is a passionate teacher and forever student of the circus arts as well as a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT-500), and personal trainer. She recently developed the SkyBound Aerial Yoga System which she offers teacher training across the country and weekly classes at AR. Jessica especially enjoys creating and producing live entertainment shows for Aerial Revolution. Jessica hopes to create a platform for her students and fellow performers to gain the experience and confidence they need to become professional circus performers. Jessica currently specializes in Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Chinese Pole, and Hand balancing. Her classes are lively and upbeat, yet challenging, with a focus on correct muscle development specific to aerial arts and acrobatics.

Studio / Classes
Which level of class should I take?
A lot depends on your experience and fitness level. We recommend you read our detailed class descriptions when you are booking your class, which describe the class in detail and often recommend the level best suited to your skills, age and fitness level. Our classes are progressive meaning that you must be approved to take the next level class. If you have no experience, you will need to take a class that says “level 1” or “beginner.”
Do I need special equipment for the class?
Each class is listed on our website with a description of what to expect, skills you will learn, prerequisites (if any) and how to come prepared for the class (including what to wear). Our studio usually provides all the necessary equipment to participate in a class.
How do I use my Groupon Voucher?
All Groupon, Passport to Prana, Living Social, and Yelp deals must be redeemed at the studio. All of our classes require a reservation. Please create an account in our MindBody scheduler and sign up for your first class as “unpaid.” Bring your voucher to your first class. Once we have you entered into our online software system, you will be able to log in and check how many classes you have left as well as make future reservations using those classes.
Is it safe?
Our top priority is to provide a studio experience that is completely safe. We provide the correct, safe, inspected equipment, cushioned mats, and expert instruction with attention to safety in every class. We use spotting techniques and employ expert instructors who know how to teach techniques safely.
How do I sign up for a class?
Reserve your spot before attending classes here. Without an online registration we cannot guarantee your spot in a full class. Please click the “SIGN UP” button, create a user name and password and then begin reserving your spots online! Its fast and simple. Payment is not required in advance: we accept cash, or credit card at the Studio. Cancellations Must be made at least 1 hour before the class in order to avoid cancellation fees.
Do you train people for the circus?
We offer all of the tools necessary for training those who wish to become professional circus performers. Many of our former clients are currently touring with Cirque du Soleil and other circuses around the country.
